Anyone who is anointed
of God, is highly privileged. The anointing on him carries a lot of benefits.
As long as the anointed lives in holiness and complete obedience to the One who
anointed him, he cannot be touched by anyone (Psalm 105:14-15). But if the
anointed touches another anointed person, he would have broken God’s word and
automatically eroded the provisional protection in the above passage. Anyone
who breaks God’s word would be broken by the same word (1 Peter 2:6-8). If the
provisions of Psalm 105:14-15 are not a reality in your life as an anointed of
God, check yourself. It may be that you have violated it by touching another
anointed of God. And if this is the case, repent and restitute to those you
have offended.
Another benefit of the anointing according to Isaiah 10:27 is that it breaks the yoke. Anointing can destroy every satanic yoke in your own life even before you minister to others. Being a first partaker of the anointing on you is not selfishness (2 Timothy 2:6). It becomes selfishness when you do not want to extend it beyond you, for others to also benefit. In 2 Kings 2:13-15, immediately Elisha received the double-portion anointing, he used it to cross his River Jordan, which was standing on the way to fulfilling his destiny in ministry. Also in 2 Kings 2:23-24, Elisha used his anointing to silence the children who were reproaching him because he was bald headed. You too can use your anointing to part your River Jordan, silence everything causing reproach in your life and attain fullness of joy for your family.
Before he was anointed, nobody ever invited Elisha and favoured him as he was after the anointing. (2 Kings 4:14-17). This shows that anointing opens doors. It gives you access to the high and mighty. Anointing causes you to stand before kings (Proverbs 22:29). It enables you to reward your helpers with what their money, position or ability cannot obtain (2 Kings 4:14-17). It enables you demonstrate the Almightiness of God (2 Kings 5:1-19). Supernatural body guards are provided for the anointed. All the billions of demons together with the human army on earth cannot arrest one man with the anointing (2 kings 6:14-17). With the anointing, you can arrest your arresters (2 Kings 6:18-20). It will help you to leave a good legacy behind. Ask God for anointing today.

MEMORIZE:
ISAIAH 10:27 –And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be
taken away from off your shoulder, and his yoke from off your neck, and the
yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.
