READ: ISAIAH 61:2-3
When rain falls, it
comes from the top to the bottom. In the same way, the anointing flows from the
head to the toe. If you come under the leadership of an anointed man of God,
the same anointing on him will flow down to you. But if your leader has lost
his anointing, you are in trouble. This is why you should continue to pray for
your leaders. If the anointing on your leader increase, the effect will show in
every aspect of your life. If you are praying that God will increase His
anointing upon your leader, it is yourself you are indirectly praying for.
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil, my cup runs over.” (Psalm 23:5) There is an overflowing anointing. When the head of a leader is bestowed an overflowing anointing, everyone under him will experience it. Rain has several benefits. It brings relief, refreshment and comfort. According to Isaiah 61:1, it empowers you and brings about deliverance, healing, release from prison and several other benefits. As you come under the power and Spirit of God today, every yoke in your life will be broken. Your sorrow will suddenly turn to joy. Your captivity will turn around. In every area Satan has put his yoke on you; they are hereby destroyed in Jesus name. you are set free from every satanic trap, snare and pit now in Jesus name.
According to our reading, the anointing will replace your garment of heaviness with the garment of praise. This tells you that what determines what happens to people is the spiritual garment they wear. Every garment of sorrow, heaviness, bad luck and retrogression your enemies have put on you are consumed today by the fire of the Holy Ghost. Anointing will usher in a beginning of another kind in your life. I am sure that from today, things will change for the best in your life. Draw closer to God. Worship and praise Him with all your heart regularly. Obey Him and seek Him with your heart. Serve Him and ask for the anointing, He will give you an overflowing anointing.
