READ: ISAIAH 54:14-17
If you are on God’s
side, you will not refuse to pray in public because people may call you a
fanatic. You cannot hide your faith in Christ because you cannot hide the city
on a hill top (Matthew 5:14). If you are on the Lord’s side you are
indestructible. If you are one hundred percent on God’s side, the problem with enemies
is permanently solved. Any enemy that crosses your path will be smitten right
before your face (Deuteronomy 28:7). When you are on the Lord’s side, you will
migrate from victim to terror in the spiritual plane. In 2 Kings 6:12, the king
of Syria was told that the root of his problem was Elisha. The king who was a
terror to several nations was now terrorized by Elisha. Have you been
terrorized by the kingdom of darkness? From today, as you yield yourself fully
to God, you will terrorize all who once terrorized you in Jesus’ name.
Some believers wish they can be as powerful as Elisha. Are you one of such believers? Would you want to be a one-man terror squad against the kingdom of darkness? The Lord will grant your desire in Jesus’ name. Matthew 11:11 says, “Verily I say to you, Among them that are born of women there has not risen a greater than John the Baptist; notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.” Jesus says Elisha was the greatest Old Testament prophet. But because John the Baptist was one prophet that bridged the Old and New Testaments, he is greater than Elisha, yet the least born again Christian in the New Testament is greater than John. If you are born again, you have been destined to be greater than Elisha. The issue is, are you occupying your place of greatness? Are you taking time to generate the anointing of greatness through soul-winning, praise, worship and thanksgiving; praying in the spirit, regular personal study of God’s Word and daily holy-living? The life of most Christians shows nothing but emptiness and lack of power because they have not paid the price of greatness. Are you ready to become a terror to the kingdom of darkness? Are you ready to put your enemies to flight? Then pay the price of greatness on your knees.
