4:15-18
Are you single and
searching? When a man has waited for several years to be married, people say he
is an eligible bachelor. On earth such a bachelor may wait for 10, 20 or at
most 30 years. But the most eligible bachelor is actually in heaven. He is
still searching to fulfil the quota of His bride. He has waited for about 2000
years just to be wedded to His bride. His name is Jesus Christ. Even His bride
is waiting for this great day. This is why the day of the wedding will be so
full of joy that we will weep for joy. Some people say there will be no crying
in heaven. But if you read the Bible with understanding, you will know that believers
will cry for joy and God will take His handkerchief and wipe all tears from our
eyes (Revelation 21:4)
“He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of His people shall He take away from off the earth: for the LORD has spoken it” (Isaiah 25:8). After drying our tears, the party will begin. This will last for seven joyous years! It will be such a great feast with lots to eat and drink. In place of fruit juices mixed with chemicals, we shall eat the 12 special fruits of the Tree of Life. In place of bottled water served in earthly wedding, we will drink from the River of Life. I can’t just wait to be there! Some people have a very healthy appetite but they take mostly processed foods and drinks with so much junk that ends up killing them little by little. At this wedding; just sighting the unlimited variety of heavenly cuisines, and special delicacies, will confuse you on where to start and where to stop. Every meal you eat there adds life to you. No junks. Do you have a healthy appetite? Wait until you get to this great wedding.
Are you a party lover? Have you ever attended a party that lasted 90 days? If you give your life to Jesus and remain true to Him, one of these days, you will attend, not just as a guest but as a celebrant, a party that will last for seven years, non stop. All you want will be provided. But this party will be void of broken chairs and bottles. It is meant for only dignitaries of The Most High. I will be at this party. What about you? That lie you are about to tell can rob you of this party. That compromise, fornication or planned vengeance can block you from attending. Run from every hindrance today!
