PARALYSING ENEMIES

READ: 2 KINGS 6:18620
God has several ways of dealing with enemies. One way He deals with them is by paralysing them physically or mentally. There are several examples in Scriptures to this end. In Psalm 23:5, David says, “You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; You anoint my head with oil, my cup runs over.”
There is nothing as glorious as celebrating in the presence of enemies who have been reduced to helpless onlookers. They will be watching you do what they planned to hinder you from and be unable to even utter a word or move a finger. This shall be the portion of your enemies this year in Jesus name. After Elijah pronounced a decree to shut up the heavens over king Ahab and his wicked kingdom in 1 Kings 17:1, the king stood helpless; he could not arrest him or even utter a word.
During the contest between David and Goliath in 1 Samuel 17:48-49, Goliath who was very skilled in warfare and had every physical thing – his size, weapons and armour – to his advantage, saw the stone coming but God paralysed his neck so he could not dodge it, until it sank into his forehead. All those who say you cannot reach your goal this year will be paralysed by God and they will see you get there in Jesus name.
In today’s reading, a king sent an army to arrest Elisha. When the latter saw them coming, he asked God to smite them with spiritual blindness. When they set out initially, they were sure of who they were sent to arrest and where to find him; but when God arrested their brains, they met their targeted victim and thought he was another person. From now on, every satanic host sent to attack you and your family will be under mental paralysis in Jesus name. Until you reach your goal, your enemies will never recognise you. All satanic missiles sent to your address will miss their target in Jesus name.
MEMORIZE: ISAIAH 54:17 –No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgement you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the of LORD, and their righteousness is of Me says the LORD.
