MATTHEW 14:15-21
The law
of matter says that matter can neither be created nor destroyed. This means
that you cannot eat your cake and have it. Jesus defied this law in our
reading. As the multitudes who had gathered to hear Him became hungry, He
commanded them to sit. With five loaves of bread and two fishes, He fed 5000 men
besieds women and children and still had 12 baskets full of bread and fish as reminants.
What He started with could not even have filled one basket. Here, as they were
destroying matter, matter was being created. With God, you can eat your cake
and have it because Jesus is the Lord of all matter. Your store that is almost
empty shall be replenished with heavenly supplies this season. Your account
that is reading red shall be buoyant again.
Jesus Christ is also the Lord of the human body. He created man and has all the spare parts of the human body in all shapes, sizes and colours. If you have need for a change, simply go to Him in faith and ask and the changes will be effected. In His store house in Heaven all the spares are brand new and in mint condition. He does not have fairly used such as when medical scientists ask people to donate a kidney or take a human part for a transplant. He also does not have synthetic parts which are commonly used today (plastic surgery). Anything He gives to you is perfect.
When Naaman, the leprous Syrian captain, met His condition for the raplacement of his skin, a brand new skin was given to him while the leprous one was removed. His skin was dazzling and fresh like that of a baby (2 Kings 5:14). In today’s reading Jesus met a blind man and simply finished the job of creation on him. Do you need a replacement of your bodily parts? Ask Jesus today and He will give it to you. Are you dissatisfied with your present height? Would you feel better if He amended certain part of your body to your taste? Ask Him. At the Holy Ghost services the Lord has had to perform several of such bodily changes because He is the Lord of the body. If you are sincerely concerned about your looks or anything in your body you want amended, stop complaining start praising and worshiping Him. Ask Him in faith and He will answer you. Do you know the Lord can renew your body so that you will keep looking younger and stronger even while you get older. He did it for Moses. He can do it for you.
