READ: HABAKKUK
2:1-3
When God called the
founder of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), an idol worshipper,
over fifty years ago, telling him he would start a Church that would go round
the world, he told the prophetess that delivered the message to him to go away
or he would cut off her head. In 1979, Papa and five of us went for a camp
meeting in America. After the programme, we went to worship in a church. During
the message, the preacher suddenly stopped midway, came to stand before Papa
and said, ‘that which God told you about thirty years ago is about to be
fulfilled.’ This was our first time of meeting this preacher. He did not even
know that Papa did not understand English.
About fourteen years later, I attended a church service in an American town three hours by plane from the town the preacher prophesied to Papa. Midway into the sermon, this preacher also stopped and said to me, almost exactly what the other preacher said then. A few more details were added to it this time. When God has spoken, it would surely come to pass. God called Abraham and gave him some promises in Genesis chapter twelve. By the next chapter what God said had already started to happen. “And Abraham was very rich in cattle, in silver and in gold” (Genesis 13:2). Every good thing God has spoken concerning you shall come to pass speedily in Jesus name.
The Bible does not waste words. God is not talkative. If the Bible says someone was rich, it means he was very wealthy. Very soon the richest people in the world will be members of the RCCG. I will be one of them. What about you? Many of the things the Lord said through me in 1982 have already come to pass. Many doubted the possibility of such things but their doubts could not prevent God from fulfilling His word. Throw away your doubts. Get involved today and support this vision. In the process of working towards this vision, you will fulfil your destiny. Soon, several churches will come begging to join us and be a part of this great vision and we will receive them. Anything God has said, consider it done. He says you will be so wealthy that you will personally finance the convention. I am that person the Lord is speaking to. What about you?

shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely
come, it will not tarry.
