READ: PROVERBS 2:1-7
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of
God, that gives to all men liberally, and upbraids not; and it shall be given
him” (James 1:5).
There are different types of barrenness. Mental barrenness is one of them. This is a situation whereby your brain is performing far below capacity. It is also when the brain is unable to produce the desired result. For instance, if you are supposed to read a given text two or three times so as to retain it, but you find it difficult to recall what you read even after 20 times, it is a case of barrenness. For some, mental barrenness manifests differently: they may appear to understand and retain what they read in the classroom but the moment they step into the examination hall, everything evaporates. In any way you have been mentally barren, that yoke is broken today in Jesus name.
If your brain is performing poorly, you could ask God for a brand new one. He made your brain and He has spare parts. He has spare brains for you. While still lecturing, some people rushed into my office asking to see the pastor. It was during an examination period. I went with them to the examination hall and met a young man who had a strange affliction of urinating on himself whenever he enters the examination hall to write his exams. The affliction strikes during exams but ceases thereafter.
Shortly before that day, he gave his life to Christ. When the problem surfaced this time and they were about to take him to the hospital, he insisted on seeing me. A look at him revealed he was in bondage, so I said a simple prayer and his body became normal. He wrote his exams with his trousers wet and he passed. Whatever satanic bondage that is upon you mind or brain is destroyed today in Jesus name. Every hold demons of dullness and forgetfulness have over you is destroyed now by the blood of Jesus. If the Lord sets you free, you shall be free indeed. Today your brain is healed. Your brain shall perform optimally from now. You shall have good success. Failure has ceased in your life.
